IPL teams Chennai Super Kings & Mumbai Indians wanted to reach UAE before so that to adapt the environment & atmosphere of the UAE.
They wanted to send their players before because the players will get enough time to settle themselves in UAE conditions. CSK & MI wanted their players to send them in the second weak of the August.
Now BCCI has told his franchise clearly that no team will go UAE before 20 August.

Approval to IPL by Government
Meanwhile last day the Central Government has given the final approval for organizing IPL in UAE from the 19th of September.
There were assumptions that Chinese company sponsors will be removed but after the approval, there are Chinese sponsors in IPL.
Now the controversy has been started as many opposition politicians started saying to ban the Chinese companies from IPL sponsors.

State Cricket Association has given the SOP regarding the Coronavirus. With the help of this SOP, cricket will be encouraged Cricket matches, Tainning matches will start.
To start the training of each player has to sign an agreement paper. According to the sources, an Official of a franchise told us that the IPL governing council has informed all the franchises by sending the mail to them.
In this mail, it is very clear that no team can go to the UAE before 20 August. An official told us that now there is no question of sending any teams or any player UAE after getting the mail.
No player will be sent to the UAE before 20th August. Before this mail two teams, CSK & MI wanted to send their players to the UAE before so that they can adapt to the atmosphere of UAE.
On the other hand, cricket fans are very much happy with the news of IPL happening in UAE this year. Due to Coronavirus, all the matches have been canceled. Few weeks before the news came from ICC regarding the postponed ICC T-20 world cup which has to be organized in Australia.
After the news of IPL 2020 happening this year fans are very happy & released. IPL governing council has also decided to conduct the matches according to the Indian time zone so that fans should not face problems in watching the match.
