Maruti Suzuki launches BS6 “S-CROSS PETROL MODEL”- Maruti Suzuki is an Automotive manufacturer in India. It was founded by the government of India on 24 February 1981. It is also known as Maruti Udyog Limited.
In 1982, an agreement is signed between Maruti Udyog Ltd. and Suzuki of Japan. The headquarter of Maruti Suzuki is in New Delhi. The chairman of Maruti Suzuki Ltd. is Mr.R.C. Bhargava. in 1983, Maruti launches its first affordable car MARUTI 800 796CC.
In today’s times, Maruti launches a variety of cars such as – Maruti Suzuki alto 800, Maruti Suzuki Omni, Maruti Suzuki Swift, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and recent models are Maruti Suzuki Ecco, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, etc.

New S-CROSS PETROL MODEL- Maruti Suzuki finally launches its most awaited car MARUTI SUZUKI S-CROSS petrol in India on which was represented in February at 2020 auto expo. It is a final BS6 product. Following the era of BS6, Maruti Suzuki S-cross switch from diesel-only model to petrol-only model.
There is no change in the exterior and interior of Maruti S-Cross. The booking of this car has already started and it can be booked on the NEXA app in Rs.11000.
Features and Cost of Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Petrol Model-
Maruti launches two variants of S-Cross one Automatic & other in Manual. It has some models like Sigma, Delta, Zeta & Alpha. It is also launched in various colors like Nexa blue, caffeine brown, granite grey, pearl arctic white, premium silver.
Maruti is equipped with a 1.5-liter k15B engine and also offers mild hybrid technology which is similar to Ciaz, Ertiga, XL6, Vitara Brezza. There are new headlamps with DRL’s new front bumper, new front design with new chrome front grille in this car.
Its interior is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display along with a new spat play studio infotainment user interface which is a part of the NEXA family as it offers more features that can be used through your smartphone also.
It also contains every mandatory safety norms like pedestrian safety, offset crash,side-impact safety crash norms, airbags, rear parking sensors, and a reversing camera. The cost of new s-cross petrol automatic variants starts from Rs.10.8lakh to 12.4 lakh (ex-showroom price).

The cost of manual variants of the Maruti Suzuki s-cross model starts from Rs.8.39lakh to Rs.11.15 lakh (ex-showroom price). The main rivals of this s-cross petrol model are Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, and Nissan C-segment compact SUV.
