Singer Bhupinder Singh dies on Monday at a Mumbai hospital- Veteran singer Bhupinder Singh passed away at the age of 82

Singer Bhupinder Singh dies on Monday at a Mumbai hospital 

Veteran singer Bhupinder Singh, who gave Bollywood superhit songs like “Naam Gum Jayega” and “Huzur Is Kadar Bhi Na Itra Ke Chaliye”, on Monday (July 18, 2022) said goodbye to the world. Bhupinder Singh, 82, was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Mumbai. His death has been confirmed by the singer’s wife Mithali Singh. He was hospitalized for a few days. Mithali Singh told that Bhupinder Singh died due to a heart attack.

Speaking to The Indian Express, Bhupinder’s wife Mithali said, “He passed away on Monday and as far as the last rites are concerned, it will be on Tuesday.”

Dr. Deepak Namjoshi, Director, Criticare Asia Hospital said, “Bhupinder was admitted to our hospital ten days back. He had an infection. During this time he got corona infected. His condition deteriorated on Monday morning and we had to put him on a ventilator. He had a heart attack and passed away at 7:45 pm.
