Birla Institute of Technology and Science conducts the Admission Test (BITSAT) for admission in BITS. Through this, admission is obtained in Bachelor of Engineering (BE), BPharma (BPharma), and Master of Science (MSc) courses. Bitset 2021 (BITSAT 2021) Is scheduled to be held from 24 to 30 June 2021. The admission list will be released on 31 July 2021.
How to apply BITSAT 2021 application detail)
Online applications are taken for Bitsat through the Bits Admission website bitsadmission.com. Online applications for Bitsat 2021 have started. You can apply till 29 May 2021. The application fee is Rs 3400 for male candidates and Rs 2900 for women. If you choose the examination center in Dubai, the fee for all will be Rs 7000.
What should be BITS admission eligibility
Students who qualify for BITSAT get admission to BITS campuses. Apart from this, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths / Biology must be 75 percent marks in class 12. Those applying for BPharma should have studied Biology in the 12th and BE students have studied Maths.
Direct Admission to Toppers
Direct Admission will be given to those who have secured first place in the examinations of Central Boards of India like CBSE, ICSE, and all State Boards. That is, they will not have to join the entrance exam (BITSAT).
What will be the BITSAT exam pattern
This exam is for three hours in online mode. In this, questions are asked in four sections – Physics (40 questions), Chemistry (40 questions), Biology or Maths (45 questions) and English Proficiency (15 questions), and Logical Reasoning (10 questions). A total of 150 questions are asked. Every correct answer gets 3 marks and every wrong answer gets one mark.
You can also go back and change the answer to any of your questions during the exam. If you answer all 150 questions without leaving a single question and time is left, you will get a chance to appear 12 additional questions in the end. This will give you a chance to score more.
