Yogi Adityanath speaks on farmer movement, parasitic people living on foreign lands, misleading

It has been more than 90 days, staging farmers on the borders of Delhi. The farmers are demanding the repeal of the three agricultural laws passed by the central government. Many BJP leaders have given controversial statements about the peasant agitators. The first Prime Minister called the farmers agitation in the House and now the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has said that the people living on foreign lands are misleading the farmers.

In a direct talk program organized on the Aaj Tak channel, Yogi Adityanath said whether Yogendra Yadav and Hannan Mollah are farmers. These people lead disruptive activities. These people are agitators, parasites. Only the people who survive on the hard work of the farmers or those who survive on the foreign laborers are misleading the farmers. These people are committing crimes with the farmers. Some people are irritated by their progress and do not want to let the farmers benefit.

Apart from this, Yogi Adityanath said that earlier there was no minimum support price of corn. Because of which farmers used to get a price of Rs 900 to 1100 per quintal. But in 2019, the Modi government fixed the minimum support price of corn at Rs 1800. Apart from government mandis, private traders were also allowed to buy crops. Due to which farmers got a price of up to Rs 2200 per quintal.

At the same time, when anchor Prabhu Chawla asked in the program that assembly elections are due next year and farmers of western UP are angry with you. Priyanka Gandhi’s Kisan Mahapanchayat is also gathering crowds. Responding to this, Yogi Adityanath said that who are the people going to Priyanka Gandhi’s rally. As soon as the camera turns in the rally, people take off their caps and put them down.

Apart from this, Yogi Adityanath said that contract farming is being done in Uttar Pradesh for a long time. In the Bundelkhand region, farmers contract with the Vaidyanath Company for their herb crops. Has any farmer lost cultivation or land due to this agreement? Only a few people are misleading farmers in the name of these laws.
