The company has confirmed on Twitter that eligible subscribers will get up to three months of YouTube Premium at no extra cost. The good news is that YouTube Premium is already available with a free three-month trial and with what Xiaomi offers, anyone can enjoy the service for a long time without paying. Xiaomi has announced a new promotional offer that gives customers a free YouTube Premium subscription when they buy the brand’s smartphone. This offer is valid on some Redmi and Mi smartphones. Users will have to buy an eligible phone, after which they can redeem this YouTube premium offer, which will be valid till 31 January 2023.
What devices are available for the YouTube Premium offer?
Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 11i, Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge, and Xiaomi 11T Pro are eligible for a free three-month membership. Those who buy Xiaomi Pad 5, Redmi Note 11 Pro+, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11T, and Redmi Note 11S will get two months of free access to YouTube Premium subscription.
How to avail YouTube Premium subscription offer?
Customers can redeem it by opening the preloaded YouTube app on the Xiaomi smartphone. Users can then follow the on-screen guideline or visit youtube.com/premium on that particular device to avail of the offer. Xiaomi says that this offer will be available on devices activated after February 1, 2022.
